Minerals and Vitamins in Your Food for the Teeth Health

The most important vitamin for your bones and teeth is, of course, Calcium. But many other minerals and vitamins affect your teeth health. They include phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, vitamins K and D.

The most useful foodstuffs are bird meet, veal, eggs, sea fish, butter, yoghurts, cheeses, spinach, broccoli, fruits and vegetables (especially fig), and products made of whole grains. They contain required vitamins and minerals for your teeth to stay healthy.

If your organism lacks calcium and fluorine, it might be a good option to add vitamin-mineral premixes to your ration.

Another important thing is minimizing the food consumption that contains lots of sugar. Sugar is the enemy of your teeth, because it creates a perfect environment for very strong acids that can drill holes in your teeth.

And of course do not forget to brush and floss your teeth regularly and do check-ups with your dentist. Even the perfect diet cannot preserve your oral health.
